At The Vedic Universe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and clear return and refund process. Please take a moment to read our policy below for more details.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will gladly accept a return and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return and refund or an exchange.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in unused, unopened, and original condition.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Pack the Item: Please return the product in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels intact. Include your proof of purchase or order number in the return package.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Exchanges

We will deliver the exchanged/replaced products within 8-10 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some products cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or Used Spiritual Products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, items such as Rudraksha malas, energy stones, and other spiritual products cannot be returned once opened or used.
• Customized or Personalized Items: Any customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel it for you. However, once the order is shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.
